The Bristol Area Ministerial Alliance, also known as BAMA, is an alliance of pastors and ministers from Bristol, TN, Bristol, VA, and the surrounding area. Members of the alliance meet together monthly to pray for each other, support the ministry of local churches, and to identify and meet service needs in our community.
BAMA members represent churches from multiple denominations, but are united in a love for Christ and a desire to serve and glorify Him, and a mission to proclaim the Gospel to Bristol and beyond. OUR SERVICES
We have four annual services in which our members and their congregations come together to worship Christ. Locations rotate among the member churches.
OUR SCHEDULE
Board meetings are on the first Saturday of each month. In addition, we have other services, activities, and events throughout the year.

Our PURPOSE
To Promote Ecumenicity, Enhance Spiritual Growth, and to Seek the Advancement of Humanitarian Causes in the Greater Bristol Area
The Alliance which shall be referred to as B.A.M.A. shall sponsor at least four services a year. There will be an invitation to each church where services will be held. These services include Black Heritage, Palm Sunday, Thanksgiving, and Harvest (September) services. In case of an emergency, it will be up to the president to secure a host location.
